Spanky Update Apr. 19

All tucked in for the night

**Minor update Apr 20** Spanky home from vet. Chest xray looks good to local vet. They’re sending copy to UGA for comparison with previous xrays. Should have bloodwork results tomorrow. Cross everything in hopes that things look good!

New foster Avrey came home with us to spend a couple of days before going to his real foster home. Spanky & Avrey playing up a storm! Wonderful to watch. Hope to get some photos tomorrow in the daylight.

Spanky goes back to the vet tomorrow for a recheck on his bloodwork and xrays. Please keep him in your thoughts. He seems to be doing really well so we’re hopeful that he is almost strong enough for the next phase of his treatment. He still requires surgery for his hip and will also need to be neutured at some point in time before he can move to a loving forever home.
